All account balances and transactions on maju36 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Currency conversion is not supported within the platform.
All promotional bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility criteria outlined in individual promotion pages. Abuse of bonuses may result in account action.
Fraudulent activity, use of automated software, collusion, and money laundering are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
2.1 By completing the maju36 registration process, clicking "I Agree" or equivalent confirmation, or by accessing and using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with maju36's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 maju36 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.3 These Terms & Conditions supersede any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between the Player and maju36 with respect to the subject matter hereof.
3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is prohibited. maju36 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any Account where age verification cannot be completed to maju36's satisfaction.
3.2 Jurisdiction. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the maju36 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction of residence. maju36 does not represent or warrant that its services are permitted in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and maju36 shall have no liability in connection therewith.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and contact details. The provision of false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.
3.4 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on the maju36 Platform. The creation of duplicate, additional, or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. maju36 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all duplicate Accounts and to forfeit any Balances associated therewith.
3.5 KYC Verification. maju36 may require Players to complete Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures at any point, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any account activity that triggers a review. Required documentation may include a government-issued photo identification document and proof of residential address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction.
4.1 Account Security. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials. maju36 strongly recommends the use of a strong, unique password not used for any other service. Players must notify maju36 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their Account.
4.2 Account Activity. Players are responsible for all activity conducted through their Account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested, whether or not authorised by the Player. maju36 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to exercise reasonable care in protecting their credentials.
4.3 Account Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting maju36 customer support. Voluntary Account closure does not affect any pending transactions or outstanding bonus wagering requirements at the time of the closure request. Remaining real-money Balances are eligible for withdrawal subject to these Terms.
4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. maju36 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with applicable law and to close such Accounts after reasonable notice to the registered email address.
5.1 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on maju36 is MYR 30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method. maju36 does not accept third-party deposits â all deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the name of the registered Player.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. maju36 accepts deposits and withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to identity verification requirements. maju36 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes associated with the selected payment method. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the Player's Account dashboard. Players who have claimed bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before real-money funds associated with those bonuses become eligible for withdrawal.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on maju36 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). maju36 bears no responsibility for any exchange rate losses incurred by Players who fund their accounts using non-MYR payment instruments.
6.1 All bets placed through the maju36 sportsbook, Mix Parlay, and live casino products are subject to the specific game and market rules applicable to the product in question. These rules are accessible within each product section of the Platform.
6.2 All bets are final once confirmed. maju36 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system, except in circumstances where maju36 is entitled to void a bet under these Terms or applicable product rules.
6.3 maju36 reserves the right to void any bet that has been accepted in error, including bets accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure. In such circumstances, the bet stake will be returned to the Player's Account without further liability.
6.4 In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the records held by maju36's systems shall be the primary reference. Where a discrepancy exists between game records and a Player's recollection, the system record shall prevail unless a demonstrable system fault can be established.
7.1 maju36 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each promotion, which will be published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion will be stated in the promotion's terms.
7.3 maju36 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, including where maju36 reasonably suspects that a Player is abusing or attempting to abuse a promotional offer. Determination of bonus abuse is at maju36's sole discretion.
7.4 Players may not hold more than one welcome or first-deposit bonus per Account. Attempting to claim a first-deposit bonus on a secondary Account constitutes a breach of these Terms.
8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the maju36 Platform:
8.2 Violation of any prohibition in Clause 8.1 may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of any Balance, and reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required.
9.1 All content on the maju36 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and text, is the property of maju36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. No other rights are granted. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of maju36.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maju36 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its Services.
10.2 maju36's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 maju36 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond maju36's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service outages, payment processor failures, or regulatory interventions.
11.1 maju36 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the current version of which is accessible at maju36.net/privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering on the Platform, Players consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Players who do not consent to the terms of the Privacy Policy should not register on the Platform.
12.1 maju36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following features are available to all registered Players at no charge:

14.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maju36 holds its gaming licence, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through maju36's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or independent adjudicator as prescribed by maju36's licensing conditions.
